JPC Board Meetings
Meeting highlights from August 25, 2025, include:
- Budget priorities updates:
- 1. A backboard will be put up in September (Update: completed)
- 2. A shade structure in the walkway at courts 7-12 is still in the works (with the Janesville Rec. Dept.) - hopefully in 2026
- 3. An AED case to mount it will be purchased soon - moved to 2026
- Court Management reminder:
- Open Play ("drop in") will continue at the Jim Clark Courts (1-6) during the hours posted in the calendar on the Home page and at the courts. Members and non-members are welcome to participate in Open Play and mix in using the paddle board.
- Courts 7-12 are available to the general public on a first come, first served basis. If the courts are full and people are waiting, use the paddle racks to determine who (groups, families, singles players, players who want to drill, etc) is next in line for an open court. Players on courts 7-12 do not have to mix in with other players or groups.
