JPC Annual Meetings

Here are the Unofficial Annual Meeting (June 2025) minutes page 1 , page 2 , and page 3 to be reviewed and approved at a future Membership meeting.

JPC Board Meeting (August 25)

Meeting highlights include:

  • Budget priorities updates:
    • 1. A backboard will be put up in September
    • 2. A shade structure in the walkway at courts 7-12 is still in the works
    • 3. An AED case to mount it will be purchased soon
  • Court Management reminder:
    • Open Play ("drop in") will continue at the Jim Clark Courts (1-6) during the hours posted in the calendar on the Home page and at the courts. Members and non-members are welcome to participate in Open Play and mix in using the paddle board.
    • Courts 7-12 are available to the general public on a first come, first served basis. If the courts are full and people are waiting, use the paddle racks to determine who (groups, families, singles players, players who want to drill, etc) is next in line for an open court. Players on courts 7-12 do not have to mix in with other players or groups.
  • Committees for 2026: Tournament, Social/Membership, Facilities/Projects, Educational and Memorial.
  • The next Membership Meeting will be held on Monday, October 6th at 5:30 pm at the North Pavilion. The proposed Bylaws will be posted here in advance of the meeting so members can review them before the meeting.

Please go to the unofficial JPC Board Meeting August 2025 and JPC Board Meeting July 2025 minutes for more info. The last Board meeting was on September 15th. Those unofficial minutes will be posted soon.
